Shipping policy

This is a one-person business. That means the same person buys the material, makes the pieces, takes the pictures, updates the website, packs and sends the orders 😵‍💫... Please allow for three working days to ship regular orders. For custom orders, expect additional time 😅

Orders are sent via PostNL (Track and trace) at a fixed price of €4,95 (Netherlands), €7,95 (other EU countries), and €12.95 (Canada and USA). Insured options are available. Please contact me if your country is not listed. Shipping is free up to 3 km from Velserbroek, NL.

I try to run this business as plastic free as possible, so products are sent carefully packed in cute paper boxes (or cotton bags) protected by paper or loofah padding, along with instructions and a polishing cloth.
